Actually, Obama did change the focus back to OBL as he said he would during his campaign. He ordered the CIA to make OBL their top intelligence priority and they did.
I know you would like to discredit Obama but he was instrumental in producing a renewed effort toward that target. It seems like others were more focused on finding bogus excuses for a unnecessary war in Iraq.
