Mike what is your take on the Registers story on Iowa's rural communities. Got a kick out of a former editor down the hall from you. He claims if print went back to editors instead of content editors they would of been on top of this issue instead of 20 years behind. BTW he sat in my kitchen more than once.

I agree with the article. Doenelle did a nice job. I will say, this story could have been written years ago. How I know that? It's the same exact thing that is happening to my hometown. The whole thing is sad. I pray that small towns in America can find a way to come back. There has to be something that can spark life into these rural towns.
