Three considerations:
Either USDA was high on Q3 corn stocks or they're being very generous with Q4 feed and also new crop.
Or, the unexpected inventory was almost 100% a function of understating the 2015 crop.
Which would also make me a little nervous because this year's is overall in better condition than last at this point and assuming a halfway decect finish.
