“Take it to Forum” because the basic pathology of Covid19 and AGW are subject to debate.
No, not really.

Re: So BA, don't complain.
For her job, my Wife got vaccinated for Covid and suffered no side effects. A couple things about it though, my doctor said her dad is 87 and said "His goal is to live 2 more years to see grandkids and that is it, so, he got vaccinated" and that`s my personal opinion on it. I`m sure the vaccines are pretty safe and will protect you from the Covid virus ....if that is your narrow goal.
Basically 4 things scare me the IRS, the DOT, Democrat run cities and bats, I just don`t have any fear of the Covid virus ....sorry folks...I guess I could pretend to be irrationally frightened of it if that would make some of you feel better?
Well, it`s like when I was a kid I was post spraying some corn that had a 2 acre patch of Canadian Thistle being as it was a rotated hayfield. So, I got to the trouble spot and pulled the torque and slowed from 6mph to 5 and soaked `em good! I recall I was spraying a concoction of Accent & Atrazine. I finished the field and had some spray in the tank and Dad was no where in sight "I`m gonna go back and really fix them damn thistles!" So I went back to the patch and sprayed the 2 acre patch again ...with the torque pulled! Still had spray left so I sprayed across the rows until that tank was empty! See, my goal was to KILL CANADIAN THISTLES, I didn`t care about the 2 acre spot of corn in the field or when it got rotated back to alfalfa.
It didn`t kill the corn, I don`t recall it hurt the yield, it never hurt the alfalfa when we rotated back to hay. To this day there is nary a thistle on that farm 🙂
What I`m afraid with the social engineering aspect of Covid vaccine is the "Covid passport" part of it. Those that get the vaccine will get feeling superior and command certain privileges/rights, those that aren`t vaccinated will be treated like second class citizens. I can hear it already though "We are special! We got vaccinated, we are animals that are MORE equal!!!".
I look at it from "Okay special people, you got your vaccine, what are you worried about...leave the rest of us alone!". In nazi Germany the Jews were forced to wear a yellow Star of David to identify them. That is the trajectory of this Chinese originated virus.
Did anyone catch last Sunday`s 60 Minutes?

snip:
Jamie Metzl -- former NSC official in the Clinton administration and member of a WHO advisory committee on genetic engineering -- is one of more than two dozen experts, including virologists, who signed an open letter earlier this month calling for a new international inquiry with a return to China. The letter says the WHO team did not have the independence or access "to carry out a full and unrestricted investigation" specifically into a possible accidental leak from a laboratory at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in the city where the first outbreak occurred.
Jamie Metzl: We would have to ask the question, "Well, why in Wuhan?" To quote Humphrey Bogart, "Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, why Wuhan?" What Wuhan does have is China's level four virology institute, with probably the world's largest collection of bat viruses, including bat coronaviruses.
Lesley Stahl: I had seen that the World Health Organization team only spent 3 hours at the lab.
Jamie Metzl: While they were there they didn't demand access to the records and samples and key personnel.
That's because of the ground rules China set with the WHO, which has never had the authority to make demands or enforce international protocols.

Re: So BA, don't complain.
Funny thing about "scientific consensus" is that in the '70's we were heading for another ice age. How'd that one work out? It'll probably come true if some of these ideas being put forth about blocking sunlight are acted on.

SW, Cat- bad as you’d like to believe that rasslin’s real, I’m here to tell you it ain’t.
You can cast around for confirmation bias material to prove “is too so” but it is a waste of time. Just get a hobby.
Anyway, back to the shots. There are many men pretending they’re heroic patriots* like their grandpa who stormed the beach at Normandy. Over at Forum there are several who I suspect even strap on their tac gear and weaponry to cosplay at it on weekends.
But if you merely ask them to get a couple tiny pricks for their country they soil their camo panties.
*if grandpa was a farmer he probably got a draft deferment, or a Guard slot during VN.

Re: So BA, don't complain.
Patriotism is so 20th century. In the post-9/11, post-covid and post- whatever`s behind the 3rd curtain, the battle is now for your soul, as it`s too late for the country.

Ask the farmer - rancher from Nebraska about Covid , now recovering from a Double Lung Transplant at Nebraska Med. Center - - -
Why do O. R. Dr.'s even wear masks , or why vaccinate for anything , even with livestock , or is it just theory - - -
Even the Gov. of Nebraska got a shot recently - ?

Re: So BA, don't complain.
K-289, how old is the double lung transplant farmer and did he have pre existing conditions? I don`t know if you were directing the questions at me, but like I say the Covid vaccines protect you from Covid and probably are pretty safe and if you want one, go out and get one. Where we have the problem is when you start forcing me to take a vaccine.
I wear masks all over the place, i`m sure they stop the spiddle spaddle and that`s good. I vaccinate the hell out of hogs, but you got to realize all I care about is that that finishing hog doesn`t get knobby erysipelas joints, in 4,5 months that hog is down the road. If the hog was a family pet that I wanted to live 15-20 years, perhaps I would explore other vaccines or alternative avenues of prevention.
