I have a flex fuel pickup. I ran several tests and fuel mileage on E85 was about 20 % less. Price is usually 10-20% less. I use it if it is convenient. A smart station owner would use it to his advantage to increase market share of people using E85. Otherwise, he makes more cents per gallon on far fewer gallons, not maximizing their situation.
