Re: new 30 day maps out
The only forecasters and meteorologists we have anymore are computers or computer readers. They don’t know what it’s going to do 3 days out and they just proved themselves if you look at last Friday maps compared to the next Monday only 3 days later on a supposedly 6-10 day forecast. What a joke! I challenge anyone to look at a 6-10 day forecast and then look at it 1-2 days later and most of the time it will be different sometimes completely different.

Re: new 30 day maps out
I'm sure this will get me an insult in return but just a different take on the same data.
1. For Canola, MW, lentils, etc, it is a bullish as can be forecast.
1. For corn is pretty darn bullish as well. With the major H20 deficits going in to July, for it to be warm and dry in IA and all points north, is just awfully bullish. Maybe not today, but if you are going to zero out most of the corn in the dakotas and drag IA below trend, and MN at or below trend, that is bullish as all get out my good man. IN/OH/IL over trend just can't make up the difference, especially in a sub 1 Bil carryin situation.
2. Beans it just doesn't matter till August, so I'll agree on that crop.
Again, just my opinion, and I am not going to buy or cover any hedges on just a dirt farmer's "opinion". 🙂
BTW, the only thing we know for sure is that the forecast is wrong. In that case, you are probably right, not much either way 🙂

Re: new 30 day maps out
As I said, nothing there for either bulls or bears. Yawn.
Today was mostly financial.
As was a lot of the run up, but good luck telling anybody that.
