question on gmo

When they make cheerios do they not just use the starch from the kernal and if so what difference does it make if it is gmo or not it is my understanding the starch doies not carry the protien. Hope you understand question.

I thought cheerios were made from oats. Are there any genetically modified oats out there?

A quick google search shows there are no gmo oats on the market.

MT: here in Ioway you would need to put it on a stick and take it to the Fair.

 

Needs to be deep fat fried in Low lin oil... needs to be "healthy" you know.

 

Probably be a top seller at the beer tents.

Funny you brought this up , Had a talk yesterday with a neighbor seed guys and his rep . You are right - They re made with oats ! And also right about the starch - Just a MArketing deal for ?  Is it General Mills ?  Must have hired a few out of Monsato and BASF - there pretty good at that dumbchit   Smiley Wink

Nutrition facts label. Corn and wht starch are both used. But there is a diclaimer however.

MARKETING is what it is MOSTLY (99%) about.

 

eat this cereal-lose weight, that one-lower cholesterol, the other one-will make you smarter?

 

got news for ya-if you eat a few boxes of the lose weight one in one sitting it may not work - that is probably on the box as a disclaimer.
