so much for an early spring, weather market

I understand the plains are starting to get dry from north to south

but

there is a stark line, which has been hinted at in most long range outlooks

west is dry

MO IA AR are a battle zone

east is wet

temps have been decent but moisture is a concern, either too much for some or not enough for others

171M acres, USDA used 174M acres

we will end up around 87M for corn and 84 for soya

11.8-12.4B for corn and 3.4-3.6B for soya

whats that look like for carryout

FWIW, just had a little hail and a downpour, was hoping to miss it and might be able to run by Saturday, doubtful now and more rain coming.

it appears its going to be a battle this spring

Re: so much for an early spring, weather market

Remember when these traders used this exscuse a month ago to trade the market lower continuously for two weeks it's an early warm spring these guys are idiots. That's what happens when you trade off of speculation and not facts, but some how still get to keep your job just like weatherman wrong 90% of the time and still getting payed crazy. We all see how much we're getting back on the prices do to their false predictions nothing continues to trade lower I just don't understand these guys should be locked up it is complete nonsense.

I will repost one of my comments from a couple weeks earlier.

Didn't know how to just post my comment, so I attached the entire thread.

It started snowing here in western iowa about 15 minutes ago, can only see about 1/4 of a mile and colecting in the grass a little bit.  Not planting anytime soon
