Its a form of insanity. Don't know for sure where that was at but along the interestate that is a high development area and maybe there was some 1031 money,,,,,or like I stated at first a form of insanity
There was an 80 sell for $11,000 in Cass county Nebraska here couple weeks back,,,,,Just two guys with a lite hand that couldn't keep it down. I figured at $4 thats 2750 bushel of corn roughly

Should be paid off on 10 years. By then USDA will peg our corn at 275 yeild
