Re: continual lies

Haha. See what I mean? Ol SWxxxxx implying these tuff Texans are gonna whip you up if you disagree with them ! We have a US Constitution that limits what a S - hole that one or a series of states can be. This is nothing but a last gasp from white supremacists trying to slow down their slide into oblivion. Come join us in the 21st century where we seek earth friendly alternatives and attempt to live up to the declaration that all are created equal.

Re: continual lies

Merely citing historical fact.

Not controversial, except with the TX Textbook Commission.

Re: continual lies

Historical fact is not “race baiting.”

It can bait fragile snowflakes, though.

Let's keep in mind  the  G. E.   AC 4400 CW  Locomotive  is  a  hybrid  diesel - electric  operative , moving  120  freight cars gross  240,000#  each.  with 2 Locos,  producing  8800  horse power combined ,  with at occasion,  needing helpers for extended  grades  -  -  -  Do  the  math - train  vs. truck,  ton / H P - although truck vs. air freight is another story on those imported citrus - - -

Coal shot itself in the foot with a  refusal  to address their omissions , and lack of foresight to address cooling  tower water consumption ,  with  financial  expert$  opinion$  of  cost  saving  analysis , storing the technology  in the basement closet - and nuclear water cooling volumes issues , also -  ?

Fossil fuel is fine as long as  Texas  winter  antics , are addressed , with  billing  adjustments coming into northern states now, with the pathetic excuse of large N G  consumption from the Lone Star winter event - say what  - ?

New  song  should  say , the Dupe Goes On , along the flip side of , the Beat Goes On  -  -  -

Moving into topic of $ubsidy$  conversation ,  being  a  very  $lippery $lope  - with the bigge$t lobbyi$t on K - Street pockets - Maay bee - ?

Re: A game changer for fossil fuels would be .....

Clean coal is sorta like xxxx that doesn’t stink.

It is natural gas that has gobbled up coal’s share.

More than halfway to finishing it off but renewables can grab a lot more.

The real question is what you ultimately replace natural gas with, but that’s not extremely urgent.

Storage for renewables, new generation nukes look like the best candidates.

Nuclear  has  an  enormous  unbridled  thirst  for  development  ca$h , with  project  co$t  overruns  of  un-thinkable proportions  -  -  -

Although ,  isn't  that  the  new  norm  - ?

SD your statement and not cleaning up emissions is another false one. Why do you think we have to add sulfur to our fertility program now

Re: A game changer for fossil fuels would be .....

That's exactly what I said.

Re-read it.

What I said was that the chicken little lyin' propaganda scum were telling us that cleaning up the sulfur would destroy the American economy.

It was accomplished quickly, cheaply and with hardly a hiccup to the broader economy.
