I would start pulling wheat  hedges in an orderly method.  Try pulling hedges at 15 percent each week until all are pulled.  I feel we are forming some sort of bottom and wheat should be the first to reach a bottom before corn and beans.  Before you start a buying program wait ford the weekly close to  above the previous weekly close, then a close abouve the two weekly closes.  MAke sure the bottom is completely formed before byying back all sold bushels. You may not hit the absolut bottom but you will be satisfied.

    Its going to be interesting to see how wide the basis becomes between cbot and the pacific NW. On farm SWW has to be a lot lower than a year ago!

Just looked at offricial SWW figures as the government finally adjusted for reality - and SWW in the PNW took a BIG hit. Off 20% total and mostly in Washington. Until now no lower adjustments were made. Kind of curious but I suspect little field analysis took place.

Priced above the rest of the world. And the rest of the world has lower than normal amounts of quality wheat.

The local adm miller is such a price positive aspect for basis here... So is plentiful water and access to upstream wheat.

I don't know what I'd do if I was like the nd boys with 2.50/bu wheat.
