Canning video
This might be a little basic for this crowd, but here's a nice video on how to can tomatoes. It was produced by some friends of mine at Ohio State.

Anyone have any helpful canning preserving tips or advice?

Re: Canning video linda
No, corn has to be blanched and cooled! Tomatoes and fruit are the only things I know that do not need to be blanched. That is put in boiling water and then cooled in ice water before freezing. I could not help but butt in, that would no work.
