Christmas Cards

Ok, just finished the Christmas cards for all the WIA women that are on the list. I had my cup of coffee and a great time doing this. Just so you know, you are the only people I send cards to. Love doing it. Look for your cards 🙂

Re: Christmas Cards

Mine got to the post office at 10:27 this morning.  I didn't realize they close at 10:30 now, so WHEW!!!

These are the main ones on my list.  Most others are local.  I am so enjoying the ones that have started to arrive this week.

Thanks to Ruby Lou for organizing things this year!

Re: Christmas Cards

I sent mine today, too. I love the annual letters that some cards include. And I love the farm and animal themed cards you gals find. We save your cards to read together in the evenings. Thanks.

Re: Christmas Cards

One of these years I'll get my act together to do a letter.  Yeah.  😉  I sent way too many cards to othere people; would just like to send to WIA families, actually.  Don't know why I send to people I can pick the phone up & talk to.

Just thought with FIL's passing maybe I should try & keep in touch with the family.  I can already see it separating off.

I got mine off yesterday except the towel.  I need to go to the P.O. to mail on Monday.  Really enjoy them and open right away.  They're the ones I look for.  (do you ever dread going to the mail box because you'll find another card you need to reciprocate to?)  Naughty-Santa will bring me coal in my sock!

Re: Christmas Cards

I enjoy all your cards too.  This is the first year I have done a letter.  I haven't got my towel sent yet either. Need to get some things ready for my DH for a postal run!

Re: Christmas Cards

If I had to write a letter this year, you girls would be getting your cards in a month or so. I post so much about my life on an ongoing basis, there isn't much else to tell, anyway. It was really nice of Ruby Lou to do our list for us this year!!!!

Re: Christmas Cards

I received my lovely towel yesterday, thanks Joan.  I have not remember to purchase a towel so it may go out late.  I have noticed that we are getting less cards this year. I heard cards mailed are down 40% in the past four years. I have always enjoyed Christmas cards but the cost certainly adds up but it is a good way to stay keep in touch with family who live elsewhere.

Re: Christmas Cards

My cards will be in the mail this week...I hope!  If I get off the computer and get everything together to do laundry and get stuff together to wrap gifts I will write out cards tonight.  This is my first year do a type of letter and since you ladies are a select few who get cards enjoy!  LOL
