Christmas baking
Is there any Christmas baking that you do every year? I haven't done any for a few years and I am looking for something new to try.
What treats do you always make?

Re: Christmas baking
I used to bake fruitcakes pretty regularly, and often made pecan pies to carry to family dinners. there is a family reid for some fruitcake cookies called " Christmas Rocks," but my aunt made them, so I didn't need to. I might try some this year, if i have an oven by then.

Re: Christmas baking
Our favorites are kolaches which are a small potato based pastry. We also make home made caramels, lots of cookies and bars, cranberry nut bread and fudge. My elderly neighbors always bring us a package of lefsa, which they make together.
