Re: Ed Winkle
I both knew Ed well and at the same time barely knew him. We talked back and forth a lot over the years in a couple online forums. I got to meet him in person a couple times, which is actually rare for most of my online friends. I count being able to call he and LuAnn friends a blessing. Going to be a problem in heaven because Ed will be digging a hole through the gold pavement to see what the roots look like.

Re: Ed Winkle
I messaged LuAnn & she back to me so I knew he was in hospice. The picture on Facebook last week was obviously a trial of pain for him, but I didn't realize it would be so quick. Perhaps a blessing. I say so tritely "Prayers for the family", but I have not quit praying since his illness started. Feel so badly for the family.
Thank you for posting this. I had a message sent that she had not replied to-now I know why.

Re: Ed Winkle
I was so sorry to hear this. My internet was out since 4 PM yesterday. Just got it back. So sad that the first thing I read on Facebook was Ed's Passing. May the true meaning of Easter make it so that the Easter Season will continue to be a season of hope. My prayers are with LuAnn and her family.
Linda, Thanks for the heads up before my internet went down.
