Great Backyard Bird Count

For any of you who watch the birds you might find this of interest.

A chance to count the birds you see during this weekend, starts Friday, and record them online to add to a continent wide count.

We have participated for a number of years and you can take as much or as little time as you wish for all of the 4 days or only one.

Fun! We have a crazy busy weekend ahead, but I may try to get out with the boys and do this. I know identifying birds in your yard is also an elective for Cub Scouts, so we could kill two birds with one stone (so to speak, LOL!). Thanks for sharing!
