Our soon-to-be-ex tenant called earlier today, to say she was almost done cleaning, and will be dropping off the keys with the realtor tomorrow. Her husband and son left on their RV a few days ago, and she's been finishing up her work notice, and cleaning.
I thanked her so much for their time here. Asked after her old dog, who had gone missing for a week and then turned up. Very nice lady, so I am hopeful that things will be tirnkey rrady.
We will see what the house looks like inside this weekend,so I am experiencing the usual mixture of anticipation and dread,
The best thing she said, besides " I have been cleaning ever since they left" was " I think one of my co-worker's daughter really eants the house."
I wanted to jump up and do the Happy Dance! The family wants to live in this county, needs this much house, and thinks the rent is great!
Oh, Pppplllleeeeaaasssseeee! Let us flip this one without wearing me to the usual frazzle, and all the worry of whether it will rent quickly...
