Spotting signs of emotional stress from the drought

Saw an interesting report the other day and it really got my attention. It's about the potential emotional strain farmers can experience in a year like this, with the drought having such a negative influence on everything. It sure makes it easy for somebody to lapse into a depression or anxiety cycle, especially a farmer who devotes so much to his or her farm operation. I have had a little personal experience with this sort of thing too, and know a little about these signs that this story talks about. I guess it's probably pretty easy for farmers -- independent folks by nature -- to dismiss some of the symptoms and ways that they can improve them.

At any rate, has anyone had experience with this type of thing? I'd love to hear your stories, both to help identify this topic to other folks here and from my own personal perspective!
