Re: Christmas lights
You know, that was my reasoning, too. This year, since Winn loves lights SO much, we strung a few hundred colored ones along the eaves inside the enclosed porch. Reminded me of the " trouble" we used to go through for three tots at the end of another long, dead end lane. Worth every second and every cent!

Re: Christmas lights
So what new Christmas lights have they added? Should be glowing right now.

Re: Christmas lights
LOL! We arrived about dusk, and they weren't home for the night yet. I was so pooped from the morning with Winn and the afternoon with his PaPa in pursuit of the logsplitter, I didn't even glance that way out the front windows after dark.
You don't even have to look out to know they are home...the speakers in their cars play such deep, loud bass, we can feel it in our feet through our floors. Every so often, I wonder if Mike's old uncle and aunts who used to live there aren't spinning like a rotisserie in their graves....
