They're here!
Two yellow finches at the feeder this morning. No red ones yet and they actually are the singers.

our mockingbirds have been back for a good month now, I just love them!! We must have new one, it "gets with it" singing!!

Mike has been the first to see our hummers, at both houses. He has become attached to them, too.
Isn't it amazing how much we look forward to these tiny creatures confirming that another winter has passed? The calendar surely can't be trusted this year!

Linda, you would love where I spent my afternoon today. Go to http://shwpark.com/, an d select the video of The Landing Zone. Imagine dozens of these birds lighting on your hands, head, shoulders. It is enchanting.
