What's your signature Easter dish?
We are doing a potluck with family and friends for Easter this year. I am thinking of making ham balls, which are my signature Christmas dish, but they're so good I hate to let a holiday pass without making them, LOL!
What are your favorite potluck dishes that would be good for an Easter dinner? Would love to hear your ideas!

Rolls. Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix. If I feel lazy I go with Rhodes Frozen Dough.
Always make an egg casserole for the Church Easter Breakfast.

Re: What's your signature Easter dish?
Ham at Easter...old Southern tradition. I would most likely use deli sliced country ham these days...cooking a whole one is overkill.
