Re: Where is everybody?
Kay is that a chihuahua? If so, we have one of those! I would be lost without my Joey 🙂

Re: Where is everybody?
The friend of our daughter who got her out of a pound about an hour from us told us she was a rat terrier mix. I have had several people say the mix must be chihuahua. Her ears and face have a more terrier look to me, but she is only about five pounds.
Judging by her teeth, they said she was about 4.5 months old, and we have had her a little over a month. She had no housebreaking, was dumped at the pound by her former owners after a week in their home.. She hasn't been the fastest learner, but seems to be catching on most days.
I call her Miss Bitty. Mike calls her Lil Bit. She is spoiled rotten. Rides the pastures in the Mule with Mike, has a couple of young kitties she wrassles with here in Virginia...molests the older ones in the house in Carolina. I kind of got talked into taking her, but I wouldn't part with her easily now.

Re: Where is everybody?
If she molests cats, she's a Chi! Our Joey always used to hump our cats but after getting swiped a whole bunch of times doesn't do it as often now, only to kitties smaller than him (also 5#, 7 oz., 7 years old). Once the kitties grow up, they won't let him do that any more. Ours is black, if I knew how to post pics I would. I wish I had more time to take him for walks. He just loves going for a walk. Except in winter not so much 😞 Does Miss Bitty burrow into blankets?

Re: Where is everybody?
She is staying tiny, I'd say 5-6 pounds. She does play rough with the young cats in VA. Teh older ones in the house in NC swat the tar out of her.
I have noticed she LOVES to root in blankets and such. Getting stubborn as a mule, too. Familiar?

Re: Where is everybody?
Joey gets beat up by any cat that's bigger than him, which is most cats. He rides the kitties all day long, he's not neutered.
